Who we are
I started trucking in 2006 as a company driver, running loads across the country — long nights, early mornings, truck stop coffee, sweat, and miles.
Later I built my own operation with multiple trucks — and I was still the one doing the organizing: dispatching, accounting, safety, paperwork, and driving.
That’s when I learned the hard part isn’t “having records” — it’s knowing, clearly and fast, whether you’re actually profitable.
We built a simple solution for owner-operators who want clarity — not spreadsheets.
The app
You don’t need more numbers. You need answers.
If you’re an owner-operator or you lease your truck to a company, a lot is already handled for you: fuel reports, settlements, paperwork, and compliance. You pay the company 10–20% for that.
So why add another headache with complicated software? You shouldn’t. But you still need to know your real money.
- Are you actually making a profit?
- How much do you earn per mile after all expenses — and does it beat a company driver?
- What’s your real average load pay per mile over time, not just your best week?
- Is your truck becoming a money pit?
Interaction is minimal: enter expenses when they happen, and enter your paycheck once a week. Less than ten minutes a week.
